2.2 Service Delivery

The specific scope, deliverables, and implementation timeline for each service engagement will be defined in individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW). We reserve the right to modify our service offerings or decline service requests at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance with these Terms or technical infeasibility.

3.1 Information Provision

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for project execution
• Ensure all provided information is legally obtained and does not violate any third-party rights
• Update us promptly regarding any changes that may affect service delivery
• Designate qualified personnel to interface with our team

3.2 Compliance Requirements

Clients must:

• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents required for the use of our services
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Ensure compliance with export control regulations when applicable

4.1 Data Protection Commitment

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data and maintain compliance with global privacy regulations, including:

• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
• The Personal Data Protection Bill of India
• Other applicable regional data protection laws

4.2 Data Handling and Storage

• We offer flexible data storage options, including region-specific server locations to meet compliance requirements
• Client data is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws

5.1 Fees and Pricing

• Service fees will be outlined in the Service Agreement or SOW
• Prices are quoted in USD or INR as agreed upon
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with proper notice for ongoing services

5.2 Payment Terms

• Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule defined in the Service Agreement
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law

6.1 Ownership

• Galific Solutions retains all intellectual property rights to our proprietary technology, methodologies, and tools
• Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property and data provided for the project
• Ownership of newly developed solutions will be specified in the Service Agreement

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service and do not guarantee specific results from the use of our services.

7.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
